If you’re heading to the Annapolis Valley Apple Blossom Festival, there’s one thing you’ll want to add to your must-eat list: a fully loaded TACO-in-a-BAG or walking taco from TACOcentric in Kentville.

And yes… it’s exactly what it sounds like. We will build you a loaded taco in a bag of chips! We always have this item on our menu, but from time-to-time we run a special event where you can Bring Your Own Bag [BYOB] and load it up!

What is a TACO-in-a-Bag?

Often called a walking taco, this is the ultimate on-the-go street food. Instead of a traditional taco shell, everything is built right inside a bag of chips - making it easy to eat while strolling through events, parades, and downtown streets. Or pull up a chair and spread open the bag to share [kind of like nachos].

Perfect for those looking to try some some of our local protein specials over the festival weekend but don't have the time to stop. Perfect for exploring Kentville. And definitely perfect if you don’t want to slow down. Grab it and go!
