TACOcentric The Concept.

TACOcentric is a fast-casual, fresh food and beverage concept designed to fit into downtown Kentville, NS. Our goal is to offer quick service Mexican inspired handheld food paired with a welcoming (KIND VIBES ONLY) community atmosphere.

The taco shop (eatery) is barrier free with seating inside and a patio during the summer. We're excited to offer the ability to cater events and host in the shared community hub. Takeover the taco shop for your event, meeting, celebration, and more!

We sell tacos (soft or hard, flour or corn), nachos, burritos, bowls (rice, salad greens, tortilla chips), taco-in-a-bag (or walking taco), quesadillas, fresh tortilla chips, churro chip desserts, freshly baked cookies, craft sodas, Mexican sodas, craft non-alcohol and alcohol beverages. And a full selection of sides, toppings, house-made salsa and crema, local hot sauces at the tables or for sale.

TACOCENTRIC offers gluten-friendly, vegetarian, vegan, and corn-free options in Kentville, Nova Scotia. Some menu items are prepared using gluten-free fried methods, and dietary options are clearly marked on our menu.

We use fresh, locally sourced Annapolis Valley ingredients first. We also work directly with local farms and producers whenever possible. Not all our ingredients can be sourced this way, so we work with trusted industry suppliers like Keddy Bros from Kentville for produce.

Our menu features tacos, burritos, rice bowls, and salad bowls, nachos, taco-in-a-bag, quesadilla, taco party kits, along with unique, unconventional Mexican-inspired handheld dishes available for takeout, group orders, and events across the Valley.

We're not spicy unless you want us to be.

Located at 437 Main St. Kentville Nova Scotia, TACOcentric is family owned and operated by Dan & Lora, who bring experience and passion to the community. Our mission extends beyond the typical food service model. We are committed to supporting local businesses, work-integrated learning (WIL) opportunities, and agri-tourism whenever possible.

In addition to our menu, TACOcentric is also bringing a non-alcohol beverage program to the Annapolis Valley. We're the new go-to spot in Kentville for good tasing non-alc margaritas and more. Don't worry alcohol lovers, we will have some top-shelf Tequila for you too!
