Your privacy is very important to us (as much as tacos are). So here's what we do with the information you share
with us (TACOCENTRIC Inc.) and the information that you don't always know you are sharing.

1. When you give us your email, by subscribing to our email list, you're part of our family! That means we keep your email locked in our website database so we can taco to you about stuff. We won't taco your ear off, but we will send you the odd note or invite to a fiesta.

2. When you no longer like us or want to taco to us - just click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of your email or email "remove" to tacos@tacocentric.ca. It will make us cry - but we understand.

3. If you choose to like, follow, or creep us on the socials (any of them), a cookie is stored on your device. That means we know you've been taco'n about us or thinking about tacos, or maybe you just wanted to learn more. We don't really do anything with these cookies, but sometimes if we pay for an advertisement on the world wide web (WWW) those cookie crumbs will lead us to you, and you might see our amazing local food & drink!

4. As of April 1, 2026 we will cease using LoyLap for our gift cards. This was previously mentioned on November 30, 2024. All data has been exported and requested to be removed and deleted from their servers. If you have any questions, please contact them directly: loylap.com/legal

5. As of April 1, 2026 we are using Toast for our POS, online ordering, gift cards, and payment processing. This is a 3rd party that links to our restaurants POS and lets you schedule and place orders online, buy gift cards, or email gift cards. The data is encrypted, but you should be aware of how your data is used. You will also get notifications and emails from no-reply@toasttab.com when you use these services. 6. As of April 1, 2026 we have ended our relationship with Clover Online Ordering. We are no longer using Clover Network, LLC for our POS merchant solutions, online payments and online ordering (November 30, 2024-March 30, 2026). If you had placed an order online during that time your data would have been saved. We will keep a copy of your information for the tax year on file and have made the request to Clover to delete and remove your information.
